  • Shift times: 10:00pm – 7:00am
  • Shift Pattern: Variable (service is operational 7 days per week)
  • Pay: £126 per shift
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for the role.

We are recruiting Twilight Healthcare Assistants to join our Manchester Care at Home service, delivering overnight community support across North and Central Manchester.

This is a two-person team role (double up) to provide safe, structured overnight care.

Your Role as a Twilight Healthcare Assistant

  • You will travel across North and Central Manchester providing overnight support to vulnerable adults who require assistance, monitoring and reassurance throughout the night.
  • This is a community-based role working within people’s homes. It requires maturity, reliability and the ability to independently deliver safe, dignified and person-centred care.
  • You will be accurately recording care using our digital system
  • The role offers structured, consistent twilight hours within a professional double-up team
  • Previous care experience is required for the role.

  • Compassionate, patient and respectful
  • Confident working overnight within a community setting
  • Able to use judgement and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Reliable, punctual and accountable
  • Comfortable travelling between calls
  • Professional in communication and documentation
  • Able to work effectively as part of a structured two-person team
  • Confident using digital care systems
