We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to join our established team at Aspen Gardens, Stockton-on-Tees, providing on-site support within an extra care setting on a maternity cover basis.

  • Based in Stockton-on-Tees
  • Pay: £12.91 per hour
  • Shift patterns: 7am – 3pm, 2pm – 10pm, 2 weekly rota, alternate weekends
  • Previous experience in care is required

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of our service users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work your agreed rota pattern based around the service user needs and ensure all visits are attended in line with your duty of care.
  • Complete administration of rotas and scheduling as required to ensure care continuity is maintained in your designated area.
  • Ensure work undertaken is appropriate to meet the service users’ outcomes within their support plan, reporting any changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing to your line manager without delay.
  • Carry out any other duties proportionate with the role of Senior Care Worker to ensure the efficient running of the service, to create a safe, supportive and enabling environment to its users.

  • No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
