We are hiring Home Care Assistants / Carers / Care Workers in Hadleigh to join our Reablement Team. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence.
Areas covered include: Ipswich, Stowmarket, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.
Block shifts: 0700-1400 or 1500-2300 or long days
*Drivers required due to rural locations in the community.*

THE CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
As a Hales Care Worker in Hadleigh, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
- Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
- Assisting individuals in taking their medication
- Preparing warm and nourishing meals
- Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
- Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals

The Ideal Hales Care Assistant
- Passionate about helping others.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Honest and committed to delivery high quality care and support
- Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records
- Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
