Care Assistant

Job Introduction

We are looking for Care Assistants to support a client with additional needs in the BD20 area.

It's not standard care work as people might imagine - it's about helping someone live their best life in their own home and feel part of their community. It might be challenging at times, but there's lots of fun to be had and moments that will fill you with pride.

The ideal candidate must be reliable and hold a full, current driving licence and be a dog lover. Regular shifts, alternate weekend (8am – 4pm & 4pm – 10pm), and alternate Saturday sleeper (10pm – 8am). Occasional cover for holidays and sickness.

Previous experience of supporting people with autism and or health needs is preferred although not essential, but a can-do approach to life and work as well as a willingness to learn and work as part of a team is crucial. For more details, please apply today.

  • Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
